A.D.A.P.T., Inc. is licensed through the Secretary of State of North Dakota and bonded and insured through the National Association of Social Workers. We have been providing our clients with the tools to change their lifestyle since 2001 when incorporated in the state of North Dakota.
Our staff has a total of over 400 years of experience in providing these services. We are very active in educating and providing direction for local police departments, sheriff departments, clerk of courts, states attorneys, defense attorneys, probation officers (adult & juvenile), school systems, social services, counseling agencies, job service, vocational rehabilitation, state legislature, state and federal judges and private individuals.
We work with these organizations and individuals to provide our clients the necessary advocacy and education to ensure that their ability to make informed decisions is improved. Thus, reducing the amount of involvement required by those organizations listed above as well as reduced incarceration time.
Perry Smith is the founder of A.D.A.P.T., Inc. and currently serving as the President & CEO. He has over 20 years of experience in assisting individuals to change their lifestyles as a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Law Enforcement Trainer, 15 Years Law Enforcement Experience and an Experienced Public Speaker and Presenter.
We provide services throughout North Dakota and the surrounding states by utilizing a professional staff of 20 individuals in 7 North Dakota offices dedicated to the Relationship Model in which A.D.A.P.T., Inc. prides itself.
