Hamilton Township Outpatient Program

At our recovery center, individuals wanting to overcome drug or alcohol abuse can address their addiction and trauma in a supportive environment. Plus, we offer flexible rehabilitation programs so participants can balance treatment with outside responsibilities.

Led by a team of Masters and Doctoral level clinicians, Footprints to Recovery provides a variety of rehabilitation programs to best meet each participants’ unique needs. In addition to offering partial care, intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) programs, our Hamilton Township-based treatment center arranges for medical detox and sober living options. Drug and alcohol recovery is not one-size-fits all, so we work with our program participants to determine the right schedule and treatment types.

Eventually, if you stop using the drug or significantly cut down the dosage, the increased levels of other active neurotransmitters, hormones, and other substances that offset the effects of the drug now produce a different state of imbalance. This state produces sensations and symptoms in opposition to the effects that the drug produced (withdrawal symptoms).
