About Summer Sky Rehab

Since 1985, Summer Sky, a Texas drug and alcohol addiction treatment center, has served the physical, spiritual and psychological needs of over 20,000 patients who have struggled with drug and/or alcohol addiction (both male and female adults) and their concerned families, friends and employers. Our Texas-based alcohol and drug treatment center and Dallas Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program are privately owned and operated. Summer Sky strives to offer a family-like environment for our patients. The treatment we provide has been designed to meet the overall needs of our patients. Our addiction treatment program in Texas uses the best in addiction treatment clinical practices. PET THERAPY

Summer Sky has implemented pet therapy to enhance the treatment experience. The use of animal-assisted therapy is an emerging trend in healthcare, and we have found that its results are amazing in helping individuals that deal with different psychological issues in conjunction to being treated for substance use disorders. The pet therapy can help with motivating individuals during the recovery process as well as assist in the healing process.
